Every Calypso wind meter is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase. Something wrong? Tell us below and our team will troubleshoot it with you first.
2-year warranty
Covers manufacturing defects from the purchase date. Keep your invoice or receipt; we'll ask for a copy.
Troubleshoot first
Most issues are fixed in a few minutes with our staff. Every warranty return starts with a request and a quick check.
We send the label
If it needs to come back, we provide the shipping label for warranty returns, then repair or replace it.

In or out of warranty, start here. Include the unit ID shown in the AnemoTracker app; it's also printed on the box.
